Typiquement Touristique

I figured that virtually every single angle of the Eiffel tower has been photographed, so instead of trying to find that unique, original, abstract shot that no one else took, i went for the sure thing....from just across the Seine, near the Trocadero. This was taken at 7pm sharp, so you can see the bright white lights which flash over the whole tower, on the hour, every hour after sunset. this was a 25 second exposure so it appears that all the lights are illuminated at once. It's just something you have to experience first hand

Since i'm a big fan of night shots and architecture shots, this is my tribute to one of the most well-known in both genres. I hope you enjoy.
